In 2003, Robert A. Arno, MD began work with business developer Todd D. Lyle, MS. They met when Todd was hired to reformulate Dr. Arno's group's anesthesia practice. That successful collaboration resulted in new opportunities and ventures when Rob and Todd moved west with their business.

Capitalizing on a superior 'flexible' workforce that currently consists of 28 physicians and 68 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), and drawing on a combined 60+ years of clinical anesthesia experience, clinical operations and business development knowledge, the projects undertaken by this talented team of professionals have yielded over $41 million in gross revenue.

The team's latest project is taking shape as the Bay Meadows Center for Healing. The Center's focus is healing through communication. Its operational concept is as a cooperative that combines traditional, complementary and alternative treatments in a holistic approach towards meeting the needs of individuals with a wide range of medical concerns.
